1. Overview & 100% Offline Architecture

InvoiceFine is engineered strictly as an offline-first application for Indian small businesses, shopkeepers, and traders. Your business information—including customer names, phone numbers, invoice records, sales totals, item catalogs, and GST numbers—is stored exclusively inside a local SQLite database on your device.

We do not operate remote backend business servers, databases, or analytics engines that collect or synchronize your commercial transactional data.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Unlike conventional cloud billing software, InvoiceFine does NOT access, upload, sell, rent, or profile:

• Your customer address book or phone contacts.
• Your invoice items, pricing, profit margins, or daily turnover figures.
• Your tax filing or GSTIN data.
• Your shop digital signature or private company receipts.

3. Device Permissions & Usage

InvoiceFine requests only essential local hardware permissions:

• Bluetooth / Nearby Devices: Required solely to discover and pair with your ESC/POS thermal receipt printers.
• Storage / Media: Required to save exported A4 PDF bills, Excel spreadsheets, and encrypted local backup archives to your device storage.
• Camera / Photos: Optional, used only if you choose to attach a business logo to your custom invoices.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

All Pro subscription purchases are handled directly and securely through Google Play Billing. We never see or store your credit card numbers, debit card details, UPI PINs, or bank account credentials.
